At Sage we believe that you will absolutely love the results from our skin care products! But just in case you don't we want to give you an opportunity to make things right. Sometimes people order the wrong products or don't use them properly.
Make sure you use your product 2x a day and follow the instructions on the bottle.
Important: When using any of our exfoliants make sure you are not rubbing, sanding or polishing. As Barbara says "imagine lightly stroking a butterfly wing that you don't want to fall apart," as you use the product. For our acne products & peels make sure you pay close attention to the instructions on the bottle.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your experience, please return the products within 30 days of purchase.
Please include original packing slip and packaging with your return.
We will refund your account the purchase price, less shipping and handling.
For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, please send your return via insured USPS. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.
Returned items will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. An email will be sent to confirm that your return or exchange request has been processed.
